The world's first gallery dedicated exclusively to art inspired by nature. The art on display includes both 2- and 3-dimensional work in all styles and media. Spanning 1500 years, the collection originates from over 60 countries and has been created by over 600 artists. So whether you prefer traditional Picasso or contemporary Shepherd, unusual ethnic art or the Flemish masters, ceramics, sculpture, textiles or paintings, there’s something here to delight everyone. All housed in a fine Georgian mansion.
A vibrant programme of temporary exhibitions ensures that you enjoy
something different with each visit. You can also see a different artist at work each week from February to November! Home-made snacks and cakes are served in the coffee shop overlooking the sculpture gardens. There is also an indoor and outdoor activity area for children and a well-stocked gift shop with souvenirs and artists materials. Twice specially commended in the National Heritage Museum of the Year Awards.
