More than 500 years of architectural heritage is represented, including Bayleaf medieval farmstead, a 17th century working watermill and the Downland Gridshell. See traditional farming in action, a working Tudor kitchen, and rural trade demonstrations. Opening Times 2 Jan ­- 27 Feb Wed, Sat and Sun only, plus daily for Half Term 18 ­- 22 Feb. From 1 March open every day until 23 Dec, plus daily for ‘A Sussex Christmas’ 26 Dec to ­1 Jan 2009. Opening times 10.30 ­- 6pm during British Summer Time, 10.30 ­- 4pm rest of the year.
